1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Order Cut-off: 18:00 (GMT), Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: Orders are checked and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Orders placed after 18:00 Friday or over the weekend/bank holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Transit & Delivery Time

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6-9 business days from purchase.
  • Note: Deliveries happen on business days only. Peak periods or bank holidays may cause minor delays.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard delivery across the UK. The price you see at checkout is final - no hidden fees or surprise charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is with our courier (Royal Mail, Evri, or DHL), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

5. Delivery Constraints

  • We only ship within the United Kingdom.
  • We don't currently deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or parcel lockers.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout - Fowsa isn't responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: Contact info@fowsa.com right away if you spot an error. We can only update details before processing begins.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. After that, the order may already be on its way and would need to be returned instead.

7. Customs & Taxes

Since Fowsa ships only within the UK, your order won't incur customs duties or import taxes. The checkout price is the final amount.
