Shipping & Delivery

1. What's your shipping policy?
Fowsa offers free standard shipping on every order within the United Kingdom. We take great care with packaging and preparation, so your items arrive safely and in great condition.

2. Can I have my order sent to a pickup point or locker?
At the moment, Fowsa only delivers to residential or business addresses entered at checkout. A valid street address is required for delivery, so we're unable to send orders to pickup lockers, collection points, or PO Boxes.

3. What are your delivery times?
Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT)
Handling Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Transit Time: Once dispatched, UK delivery takes 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday).
Total Delivery Time: Expect your order within 6-9 business days.

4. How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery on our 'Track Order' page or through the carrier's own tracking site.

5. Who do you ship with?
We partner with reliable UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL for safe, dependable delivery.

6. What happens if my package goes missing?
If your order hasn't arrived within 9 business days, check your tracking info first. Still no update? Reach out to info@fowsa.com. Once we confirm a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Email info@fowsa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll sort it out right away.

Returns & Refunds

8. How do I send an item back?
Not happy with your order? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@fowsa.com to begin the process. Items need to be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

9. Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of ordering - just email info@fowsa.com right away. After that window, or once the order ships, it will need to go through our standard return process.

10. How long until I get my refund?
We process refunds within 7 business days of receiving and checking your returned item. Once completed, you'll get an automatic email confirming the refund has been sent to your original payment method.

11. Who covers the return shipping cost?
Faulty or Wrong Items: Fowsa pays for return shipping.
Change of Mind: The customer covers the return shipping cost.

13. What currency do you charge in?
All orders are billed in GBP (£ - British Pounds). Since we're UK-based, there's no currency conversion fee for UK shoppers.

14. Is it safe to pay on your site?
Absolutely. Every payment is secured with SSL encryption, and we never store your card details - all transactions are handled by certified payment processors.
