1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
UK Consumer Contracts Regulations give you 14 days to cancel after delivery, but Fowsa extends this to a full 30-day return window for extra peace of mind.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To get a full refund, returns must:
- Be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, some items (such as earrings or underwear, where applicable) and Gift Cards can't be returned.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email info@fowsa.com to request a Return Authorisation.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items to our Dover address without authorisation first, as this can delay your refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: If returning for reasons like wrong size or style, you pay for return postage. We suggest a trackable service (like Royal Mail Tracked), as we can't be responsible for lost returns.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged, faulty, or wrong, Fowsa covers all return costs. Contact us with a photo and we'll send a prepaid label.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
- Inspection: Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival.
- Approval: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take an extra 3-5 business days to show the funds.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Send back your original item following our standard return process, then place a new order for the replacement.
7. Deductions & Partial Refunds
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a returned item shows signs of use beyond simply checking it (e.g. damaged packaging, missing tags, wear), we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value.
8. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. If it's already shipped, please follow the return process above.
